U21 Club Football 2018

#81

Is it not the players choice?

#82

that too.

#83

Jude’s 1-9 td 2-9

#84

Ballymun hAmmered Boden, would boden be missing many with senior tomorrow

#85

Thomas Davis were very good in the first half and went in 7 ahead at half time. They seemed to take the foot off the gas in the second half and Judes got within 1 point of them, until Davis pushed on a little towards the end. Good competitive game.

#86

Terrible pitch to play on, how the county board fixed a county semi final on it, it’s a juvinle pitch, tiny goals aswell, if it was a bigger pitch id say Davis would of won handy, they could of had 4/5 goals aswell

#87

Don’t know they took foot off gas. Judes very nervous for first half and were much more attacking in 2nd… almost a massive upset by a really young judes team, with at least 4 starting minors

Best of luck to Davis in Final

#88

2.16 to 1.17. Is that a hammering??

#89

It was 2-16 to 1-7 to Ballymun actually wrong score on hill 16 st Margaret’s beat Ballyboden St Endas in the under 21 c championship good game of football

#90

:ok_hand:

#91

What were the scores in the B championship?

#92

Vins 6.12 Ballinteer 3.13. We got three goals inside two minutes on the first half after Ballinteer had started with 1.3 without reply and pushed on from there.

#93

Yes

#94

Harps 1-17 St Brigids 1-11
Raheny 2-6 Round Towers 1-4
Clontarf 1-16 Lucan 0-10

#95

I’d imagine most teams had 3/4 minors starting .

#97

It is the norm, every club at 21 has minors playing.

#98

How does home/away work for the semi finals? I figure since Vincents were away & Clontarf were home, Vinnies will have Clontarf at home, but Raheny & Skerries were both at home?

#99

Think the competition was drawn all the way to the final when the original draw was made. Not sure who ends up at home. Certainly being away in one round would not guarantee being home in the next. Never heard of a competition drawn like that.

#100

Ah okay, just wondering because it seems to have worked that way thus far, Raheny, Skerries & Tarf were away for the first fixture & home the next time and the opposite for Vinnies, home first & away next. Could just be coincidence

#101

Raheny are home to Skerries
Vincents are home to Clontarf
