I see your point, but I am not so sure. Currie scores a lot, but he isn’t as dominant as other lads have been in other years. He is a good score getter and very good all round, but he is not the only reason the team is decent. He is a big reason, but not the only one. The whole of the half forward line is good, the Vincent’s lad (sorry, forget his name), who gets named at half back but plays half forward is a significant player for the team also.
I think the backs have tightened up since the KK game also. They were absolutely ruthless the last day when any forward was trying to break through. They gave away a few frees, but by god any of those forwards would think again before trying to open them up for a goal. But sure, it is a tough ask - but not an impossible one. We will probably be equally matched for u17s with Cork, and we have seen we are about the same level there. With enough belief, this one is winnable.
