Golf 2018

In two minds on whether I want rory to win. I’m leaning on the no for some reason.

#22

He had some bendtneresque moments of over inflated impression of his ability. Although the last three days have shown he was possibly right.

But primarily it was his antics in the Ryder Cup. Europe were getting thrashed, and Reed rubbed it in as hard as he could. More brash that day than even the likes of Bradley were in the past.

Was the same day we beat Mayo in the replayed final. Watched both in the Canaries. A great day followed by a shite night. Well, the early part of the night anyways.

Rory’s experience and confirmed metal on the big occasion (2011 aside) must be worth a shot or two. So I reckon the bookies have it right.

Reed 5/4
McIlroy 7/4

Really hope it goes the full 18 as a contest. Will make the few pints all the sweeter.

#24

If Rory is within one at the start of the back nine. All bets are off, the pressure on Reed will be immense

#25

We’re entertaining … have to make it his idea to watch the Masters.

Set up will be

Him: You watch the golf then mate? (he’s a Londoner)
Me: Not really - is the Ryder Cup on?
Him: Nah mate - it’s the Masters innit.
Me: Oh right, is that a big one? Sorry but we don’t have Sky - only the Beeb.
Him: Yeah mate - it’s only on the Beeb innit.
Her: Will you turn the thing on for him before it’s over!
Me: Right so. Who did you say was playing?

Just spotted 2 Kerry jerseys at Augusta. Them fuckers are everywhere

#27

Ah leave them alone … they’re just doing the collection …

#28

What an approach at 2 from Rory

#29

Just reading about Patrick Reed there , man , he has a checkered past to say the least . I saw him in an interview with David Feherty once & he seemed like a genuine nice guy .

#30

Jordan Speith moving quietly upwards.

And now another birdie at 9.

#31

Tommy Fleetwood, wtf??? That mullet belongs neither on the golf course nor 2018.

#32

He sounds and looks like a fella who should be supporting Mike Denver and Big Tom in the Gleneagles.

#33

Paul Casey being interviewed remind anyone else of Dean Rock

#34

#35

Just spotted this on the Paddy Power twitter page

#36

Mcilroy having a crap round really. Reed under pressure with Spieth and Fowler chasing and finishing before him. Could be a tie in store

#37

Speith on fire

#38

Cringe…

Jesus - the guy who comes 10th ‘earns’ about 50% of what I earn in 6 months - joke.
