Dublin Football 2018 League, Championship & O'Byrne Cup Stats

#64

Sorry , just spotted your last post. League and Championship :+1:

#65

I see you’ve only posted in this thread. If using stats elsewhere don’t forget to mention where you got them from :slightly_smiling_face:

#66

I definitely won’t be using them anywhere, just chatting at home with the kids before games etc.
My son keeps all the programmes from games, studies the form before matches, he’ll appreciate them.
I’ll have to up my game I think and make a few contributions to threads

Thanks again.

#67

That only stats under Jim Gavin. Will have full stats of players championship /league records in coming weeks. Cluxton will play 200th game Sunday.

#68

Are you Ohm’s Mammy?

#69

Yes, that’s me, rumbled

#70

I showed a video of hurling to my mother once and thought it was way too dangerous. She thought people were just trying to wack each other for no reason.

Anyway its great to have all the stats during the Gavin era from Stato82 because of how historic these years have been for Dublin and all you people.

#71

Vins Shane Carthy is there twice. One of them got 3 pts and the other 4 pts.

#72

We started off like that, then someone added rules, now we can legally whack someone…

Stato! Stato! Stato! Stato! Stato! Stato!

I love me a bit of Don’t Foul.

His stuff really helps me personally understand the finer nuanced points of our beloved game.

#80

Gets the detail across in a very simple way. Listened to a new county manager being interviewed regarding his appointment, he highlighted his longevity in the game and his historic results, but when asked about the science of the Modern game, he sounded way out of his depth and quite dismissive. Not surprising there’s so many counties struggling to get their act together.

#81

Conversion rate 11% ahead of the rest and overall 5-8% aprox. ahead in the other key stats. Small numbers yes, but at the very top each percentage point is like a mountain to climb. Going by the stats Tyrone need more than their A game if they are to win this, Dubs justifiably 1/6 .
