Club teams looking for New Managers

#121

A good guy worth every cent

#122

Round Towers Lusk announced new management team today. All in-house guys who have been pivotal in bringing the club up through the ranks. Thanks to last years managers who steered the club to a double-double, championship and promotion in both Inter and Junior.

#123

In house is the way to go! Best of luck in senior!

#124

Great to see clubs appoint internal volunteers.

#125

#126

Looking for your first step into management?

St. Brendan’s GAA club, based in Dublin City Centre in state of the art facilities in DIT’s Grangegorman Campus are sourcing a new manager for their men’s 2nd Gaelic Football Team.
The team will compete in Division 10 next season as well as the corresponding championship.
The target for the new season will be to achieve promotion back to division 9 and capitalize on the injection of a number of new players.
Training will predominately be taking place from our base in Grangegorman DIT Campus; on Tuesday & Thursday nights, alongside a few other sessions in different locations which will be arranged in due course.
This role will ideally suit someone who is looking for their first step into management, is committed, flexible and passionate about keeping training enjoyable and building attendance.
Experience with a senior team not necessary but is an advantage.

What are the expenses like?

#130

If Brendans are gone back to grangegorman have they vacated the pitch there beside the Garda Boat Club ??

#131

some clubs without a manager while 1 club has now appointed their 3rd manager to the same team. first fella left, second fella accepted job, was told to put together a management team and when then told neither his management team nor him were wanted as the club had appointed a third manager

#132

I doubt it. But don’t think it has flood lights

#133

would it better idea to just have players do it. (new players in, just get one of those discharged from service to do it).
Its AFL10 after all.

If players could club together few euro, you could get in guy for few weeks paid to set up your drills etc

#134

That’s mental carry on . What div is that . Surely not 1 2 or 3 ???

#135

division 8.

#136

I was thinking . Still ridiculous mind you

#137

Thats what we did last year and worked fine
