Have Tipp defended an All-I since the 1990? Did they even do it then? Amazed that they could be in the same boat as a mere 4 years ago but alot of Hurling to happen yet and no clear favorites. Could be Galways year. Hard to write Kk off given the way it's going.
Haven't defended it since 1965. I wouldn't totally write them off as they still have the best forward line.
Cork or Clare not in the running for that?
Only three Leinster Hurling Final attendances have been over 50k, all featuring Wexford v Kilkenny ....
1997: 55,4921957: 52,2721956: 52,077.
Today's unique final pairing could well change this list.
It'll depend on wexford, Galway fans would travel in smaller number than KK.
I'd say 45000 today
I'd say close to 60000. Only Hogan upper left on sale.
Croke Park looks strange on TV with hill16 empty while the rest looks very full
Very odd alright .
And the fist pumping has begun
Ahh that's a brilliant point by Chin .
Wexford bullying Galway at the minute
much more intensity with Wexford but can they keep this up!
There won't be a strawberry picked until Christmas if Wexford win this!
Won't if they keep on jumping up and down pumping their fists after every tackle or free won.
Some great scores - very enjoyable so far.
The Yella Bellies are well up for this. Great match so far.
Momentum is a great thing coming into a match like this , Wexford have no fear of Galway anyway .
Conor Cooney only Galway forward playing well. Big Joe is not in this match yet except for frees.
